1.= Yard care, on most contracts, at a minimum includes:

The invoice will show the work that was performed at the

bottom of the invoice.

Instead of charging a larger sum for one leaf removal, we

typically perform 2-4 leaf removals spread out over late fall

to keep the yard looking well maintainted instead of lettin

leaves accumulate and becoming a big project

(especially if leaves get wet).

5.= Annual Cost:

Normally an annual yard service will be about 25

cuts/year. It does depend on how dry/rainy the

season is and how fast the yard is growing. 25 cuts

a years is about two a month. However mowing

season doesn't include December, January, February,

and usually not March (unless we have a warm

winter and early spring). October and November

is usually 1 or 2 cuts in each month, but more

leaf removal maintenance. Other costs will vary

depending on your yard and options selected,

but estimated prices will be honored.
